I’ve been with the DOCCU for years and I love the staff in Jackson and Baton Rouge very respectful and helpful in every way possible. There is nothing anyone can say bad about them at any point. I recommend them to anyone that can join and be a part of their team. Thank you DOCCU staff you are appreciated. PS Adding to this post I would like to give thanks to a lady that handles your card issues Miss Tiffany most patient person I’ve ever spoken to and it’s really appreciated. Whomever had this lady did a wonderful job words Cannot express her patience, job well done, and always looking forward to being a member of the Department of correction credit Union

I have been with this credit union probably 30 years, since I was a teen. The credit union is antiquated and needs to come to the times. Like increasing the overdraft amount or if you are going to make someone account overdraft at least pay the check or transactions. Also, the credit union should offer Plaid, Venmo or CashApp. I did see you can screenshot your check and it is deposited. Please continue to offer more and I’m pleased the credit union is making progress.

I have been a member of this Family or rather Credit Union for over 30 years! I call them Family because they are, not literally but they care about you and want to make sure your needs and concerns are met. When technology changes they change with it helping customers in any way they can. If you are looking for a banking system that actually cares about you, give them a call! You won’t regret it!
