I just had to give major props to Miss Kiara Jackson! Today was by far the best customer service I’ve EVER experienced at any Eagle Credit Union location. I opened a checking account and Miss Jackson made the process as easy as possible and she was extremely helpful. If you want to experience Grade A customer service, please use the Eagle Credit Union located on College Dr. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

Great rates, customers can develop and maintain an ongoing positive working relationship with a front lobby account officer, and although different format their online account access is easy. I've never had a single problem getting any questions answered promptly regarding both personal and business accounts, and I've recommended a number of friends and business associates to this c.u. and no negative experiences have come back on me.

Useless. Told me i am not who i am and refused to do any business with me. If you are travelling and need a shared branch co op....this is not the place to go.

Eagle Federal is the BEST! I have done business with them for almost 10 years & they have never disappointed me. My Dad & husband also do business here. Kristen is a wonderful loan officer!

I went to the drive-thru. I put my banking in the cylinder and sent to the teller. She completed my transaction and sent it back to me. She never said one word----I'll be with you, can I help you with something else, thank you for your business. Nothing! There was only one other car there. Your tellers used to be very courteous.
