Years go by, and this Credit Union does not improve. They still give you debit cards with no chip. Every single time (literally!) that I use it, I have to explain that it doesn't have a chip, and sometimes they don't believe me! Another serious issue is the lady they have at the drive-thru nowadays. She urgently needs some customer service training and she needs to improve her people skills. She has an attitude, and she doesn't even try to hide it. I noticed she was doing quite a few things, and she was by herself. They need to hire at least 2 more people there. She is probably tired and frustrated. Whatever the situation is, customers should not be dealing with rude attitudes from the staff.

The incompetency is real with this location, the website and drive thru window say they close at 5:30; yet if you pull up at 4:10, all employees are leaving in their cars out of the parking lot. I wonder if they are still getting paid until 5:30 and just leaving early? No wonder they only have one branch. Just left after closing my account. #unprofessional #crooked

I have been dealing with this credit union for a long time and the service has been awesome, because you're are not just a number, they know you by your name and they have some great people that work there. Whom I have known for a long time.
