Tammara Costley has been an extraordinary source of guidance and support for both me and my family. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care have made a meaningful difference in our lives. Most recently, she worked closely with me to develop a thoughtful and realistic plan to budget more effectively and bring structure to my finances. What truly set this experience apart was not just the practical tools she provided, but the way she helped me shift my perspective. Tammara introduced a new way of thinking about money that brought clarity, confidence, and a sense of control where there had previously been stress and uncertainty. As a result, my stress level has significantly decreased, and I now feel better equipped to make sound financial decisions for the future. Tammara approaches her work with professionalism, compassion, and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She is a tremendous asset, and I am sincerely grateful for the positive impact she has had on my life. I wanted to take the time to share my experience so others know exactly who to turn to when seeking trustworthy and effective financial guidance.

This is a very unprofessional Credit Union. My best advice is don't join this Credit Union. If you are a current member, I suggest you would be smart to leave. Tried to activate new Debit Card, the 800 number said it couldn't activate it and I had to contact my bank. I tried to call Formation for 3 hours to get my card fixed before the weekend started. Member Services never answered, Card Service didn't answer, and the operator option just rang and rang. I went into the weekend with no way to access my money. After 3 hours of trying, I went and opened an account at other bank. A bank you could actually speak to a human when you call. People at this bank actually answer the phone, unlike Formation. My mother tried for 3 days to access her account online, no luck. As I am writing this (day 4), she still can't access her account. 24 hours later, I get a call from Formation. Their reason for poor service was they had too many calls. So apparently they don't have enough staff to assist their members. I don't think I ever had a situation where I called a business and could not talk to anyone. If this is a sign of how they do business, you would be wise to go elsewhere. I missed a whole day of work because this horrible Credit Union. My best advice is to stay clear of the Credit Union.

I have been a member of the credit union since it was the Ethyl Corp. Credit Union in 1980. Since they have rolled out the new online banking platform, it's become unbearable to deal with. This program has locked me out of my account numerous times. It's unhappy with my password at least once a week. You can't contact anyone by phone ever anymore since the new platform came out because the lines are always tied up trying to help people with their accounts. I have decided to do my banking at another institution once I find one that I feel I will be happy with. I'm done with FAILMATION credit union.

The worst banking institution I’ve ever dealt with. I have a loan with them and there’s no way to get in contact with anyone. The new app is messed up and so was the old one. I’ve tried calling multiple times and it disconnects me after 5-6 rings.

Horrible horrible horrible. They took over for LA Fed USA Credit Union and screwed up account access. After 2 weeks I have yet to get anyone to answer the phone or to reply to emails.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
