**Review of Southern, teachers and parent federalCredit Union** I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services offered by St&p in Baton Rouge, and I must say, it truly stands out as the best credit union in the area. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the layout of the branch made it easy to navigate. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer service; the staff took the time to answer all my questions and provided personalized solutions tailored to my financial needs. St&p Union offers a wide range of financial products, including competitive rates on savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Their online banking platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it convenient to manage my accounts from anywhere. I particularly appreciate their transparency regarding fees and interest rates, which are more favorable than many traditional banks. Another highlight is their focus on community involvement. St&p actively participates in local events and initiatives, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the Baton Rouge community. This sense of community, combined with their excellent financial services, makes them a top choice for anyone looking for a credit union. Overall, my experience at St&p Credit Union has been nothing short of outstanding. Whether you’re looking to open a new account, apply for a loan, or simply seek financial advice, I highly recommend visiting St&p Credit Union in Baton Rouge. They truly prioritize their members’ needs and stand out as a trusted financial partner.

I always feel like the most important client whenever I contact or visit this location. The staff is so professional, pleasant and patient. There is never a very long wait time. If you are too busy and need a return call from a staff member, this option is awesome.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
