I always had a good relationship with my bank. However things have changed. Usually when I go out of town my credit card gets flagged. It's a feature I love. Within the past year that feature slowly disappeared. I traveled to multiple cities and did not get an alert on my card. My recent trip to Pennsylvania is when they decided to completely lock me out of my account. I was there for over a month and used my card multiple times. Now I am at the airport leaving and I am stuck with a frozen card. After multiple attempts to call my bank they finally answered and said it would only take a few moments. Over an hour later my card is still declined. I attempted to call again. Multiple times. When someone did answer I was told that they couldn't get into the system to unlock my account because they forgot the password... No other number to call and other way to gain access to my account. So I am stuck in an airport with no money and no food.

The woman told me that while working with them, I was opening a savings account. But the the credit boroughs have it labeled as a "loan." She told me that in end I would have more money because of the investment. So I get 3 point some interested credited to what is left, but have me locked in at 11 point something interest for them on the original exchange of money. The woman lied, because the contract obviously says something else. It doesn't even make sense to me to have this partnership with them.

The people who work here are so friendly. I have an account at another CU and I access it at this branch. I'm not sure if the person who said it was at ATM only realized that the branch is in the Parish government building. It's been there about 7 years.

This Chalmette “branch” location, is just an ATM. I needed to make a deposit and the hours for this “branch” worked out better with my schedule but it’s not an actual place, just an ATM. I’m really annoyed because that’s misleading and, had I known that, I would’ve moved things around and gone to an actual branch. In general, this bank has been inconvenient, I’m probably gonna switch over to a big bank soon anyway.

The bank is not compassionate to working individuals. Their hours of operation aren't realistic to people with actual nine to five jobs. They do not answer phone calls and hardly ever respond to emails. If you do happen to reach a person, they will hang up in your face and send you back to the automated system. They need to allow shared branches to be able to do more with their accounts because they are totally unreachable. Then when you point this out to them, they smile and say they have no idea what you are talking about. I am so sorry that I have to bank with them.
