Mr.Williams is your go to guy if this is your bank however I usually take care of everything when it comes to my banking in Smithfield,NC but after visiting this branch and Mr.Williams taking the time he did with my fiancé and me to go above and beyond and exceed what we asked for!! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable we appreciate you and everything you do!! 4 stars for the overall branch unfortunately Several of the employees here our not as welcoming and kind as Mr.Williams I have ran into a couple that were great the others not so much! Ladies it doesn’t cost a thing to smile or a simple how are you?

Been at SECU for years 35+. I enjoy the courteous staff! If there's anything I don't feel good about, I let them know. I loved the tax prep program. It really promotes a sense of loyalty to the bank and staff. They helped me with tons 😳 of financial aid applications and I am eternally grateful. 😊

Always great and friendly people every time I stop in. The location manager is always ready to answer any question we have. Thank you all for being so great. If you want some one to help you and make you feel like you are important see Faith Corbitt. She is one of nicest hard working young woman I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Awsome experience saved 4000 vs getting the auto loan through dealer and saved 54 per month over current car payments with another bank highly recommended best place in the southeast to do an auto loan .
