Do not do anything, and I mean anything, with this credit union. It’s a terrible institution, no grace with their customers, no courtesy, very interoperable people. They ignore emails when they feel like it, they don’t return calls, they are dishonest. To put it simply this place inadequate as a union. God I pray for the day I never have to deal with this office again.

I have been with this credit union for a long time. I recently closed both my accounts due to poor costumer service. The staff they have now don’t even know half of what they are doing.
