They have consistently provided me with excellent service for over 16 years. Just this past week, I visited Mrs. Rachel Abrams, and let me tell you, she’s amazing! I needed to open accounts for my two children and complete a last name change. I brought my son with me, and she kindly gave him some paper to draw on to keep him occupied. She spoke encouraging words to both me and my son, and I really appreciated her assistance. Her support was outstanding; she was very uplifting and encouraging! My son is working on some drawings to bring to Mrs. Rachel. 💙 Thank you for your great service!

First time going into Maple Federal and it was great experience from walking in the staff greeted me, then Mrs.Rachael took over and was very helpful explaining everything to me!!! Most definitely recommend Maple Credit ❤️

Incredible staff but the website and app are not usable.. I cannot login to either the app or website, get password reset, etc. I don’t have time inside my schedule to deal with issues like this.

Guy LeBreton here, 28 year member of Maple, just don't have my own google profile! I can't say enough good things about Maple Federal Credit Union and the great staff there. Got a text at midnight about a questionable charge on my business account. Got a call this morning from Jennifer to verify. It was not a charge I made, but it was immediately blocked by Maple until I could confirm. With the hectic weekend i have coming up, I would have not likely even checked on the business account. And the spring season is the most crucial for me to be able to sell and move seedlings. Having the business account drained would have been easy for a fraud to accomplish and would have been disastrous to me. But, my friends at Maple, who know me by first name, declined the charge and locked the account for me, then called me directly to investigate. What a blessing to have a local credit union take care of you like family! If you are able to join Maple, it is highly recommended! Thank you Maple and Jennifer and Tara Clement Breaux and all the others who make it great!

I love Maple Leaf! Mrs. Rachael is the Best! She is so kind and professional to help all of my family members open their accounts and guidance has been great. The staff has always been friendly and helpful also.
