I have a HSA with Meritus Credit Union. I have in the past two years dread the task of having to make my annual deposit into my account. I think making a deposit could be handled my a head teller instead of having to wait 30++ minutes for a loan officer to take your check to the teller line to deposit into a savings account then transfer into your HSA account. I hope next year the management makes a change to handle this matter in a more timely manner. I understand the tax issues of a HSA account, however, I feel a designated person on the teller line could be included in the training to make this a pleasant experience.

I went in for a gift card and was at teller window for 35 minutes bc they are not trained properly, this is not good customer service and the line was already long and only 2 tellers in lobby. I was moved from one teller to another due to lack of training , very disappointing.

I love my bank! I have been with them for almost 30 years and have never had a problem and the people are always so nice and helpful! I have absolutely no intentions of ever leaving them. Great job guys! Keep up the great work.
