To Whom It May Concern: Please note that a few mins ago, I called the credit union regarding two items that needed to be promptly addressed. I conveyed my concerns and/or inquiries to Deja Bryant and she immediately investigated my concerns flawlessly. Her Professionalism and Patience was exemplary throughout the entire call. The credit union is extremely fortunate to have such an impeccable employee with awesome listening/critical thinking skills to serve their members like myself during these challenging times when dependable resources are at an all time shortage. Josh did a wonderful job speaking with our clients about financial wellness in a way that felt accessible and empowering. Teller complained about having to go into vault to make change longer than actually having to do it. Always a chore with them. First Horizon has friendlier people that are more than happy to help you.
