Honestly ever since they have taken over LaFCU, this company has been hard to deal with. I have been experiencing issues attempting to dispute a transaction. I completed it online as advise with a general email of a response within 10 days. Ive called twice regarding status and it’s been a complete runaround. Why is it taking so long when evidence was provided to return my funds? This is my secondary account and I think I’m going to close my acct this year and just keep my main account with another bank. I keep getting the runaround and at this point I’m going to escalate it to senior leadership for a final resolution

Onpath went to a new credit card system where there system does not recognize online payments. For the past 6 months I have been charged late fees for on time payments and reported to the credit bureaus as late, which caused my score to drop 35 points. They have recalled the lates, however at this time they should have found a viable solution for this problem. Stay away from this credit union.

I have never had a more terrible experience with a bank in my life. I opened an account and to make the opening deposit I linked another bank account of mine. On Path withdrawal two times from that account but only credited one of those transactions to my on path account. Essentially stealing half of my initial deposit. In the next 3 months, after at least 8 calls, a report to the NCUA, and SO MUCH frustration, they undid their mess. I never actually used their services because of the bad experience from the very start. I can testify to their disrespectful, unapologetic customer service. I’ve had calls where the representative couldn’t even get the headset to work properly, let alone actually solve the problem they created for me. I do not recommend this bank. To this day I was not able to close the account, as they do not allow you to do it via the online banking system. Every time I call their line, there’s magically something that happens that prevents the representative from assisting me, either a “slow system” (I’d say that’s their favorite excuse or most recurrent problem), or a headset that does not work, or a manager that is never there. My experience was awful.

Our experience with OnPath has been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were introduced to OnPath through Liz Broekman, whose professionalism, integrity, and genuine commitment to building relationships in the community made all the difference. It’s through Liz’s guidance and connection that we chose to open an account with OnPath. She is a tremendous ambassador for the credit union and a true asset to our community. Highly recommend!

Aisha was so professional and friendly to work with. She definitely made my transaction as smooth as possible and had a confident answer to every question I had.
