I was in town and realized my debit card for my "home" credit union in Houston had expired, so I went to the location on Loyola to do a shared branch transaction, and the lady was sooooooo nice. I think she said her name is Dee, but I can't remember for sure. Even though I'll likely never need to go to that branch again, and she probably knew that, I felt like I was a long-time member of this credit union. And, she just knew everyone that walked in there while I was there. Awesome and outstanding service!

I was lucky enough to be helped by Michelle, who was very kind and patient. Amazon sold me a pair of defective Babolat shoes, and I had to return them. Since Amazon didn't offer any help or guidance, I was fortunate that this wonderful employee did. She patiently helped me with the return process. Congratulations! A true professional.
