Initially the rep Corrine seemed efficient and kind. I was asked to supply personal information and did. Communication completely stopped. The rep would not even confirm receipt of my documents. Just silence.

I banked with Hibernia and Chase but Xplore beats them in all areas. I’ve had a few car loans, two mortgages along with checking and savings. What has kept me banking here is the customer service. Any minor problems have been overshadowed by how I’m dealt with every time I visit, call or use the video banking.

I have been a member for 20years and I went through something this year where I was scammed through scammers trying to pay my bill from a number online.Xplore didn’t protect me.I lost money the scammers basically won and nothing happened.Money was deducted from my account from replacing from the scam.I was told I couldn’t be reached when investigating.I reached them then contacted the power company and was able to retrieve my account and sent statements official bill statements from the bill I supposedly paid which you could see cleary I didn’t.I was rejected and basically stolen from.I don’t like this experience as it’s still haunting me til today as I needed my money.Im in a financial crisis and my bank couldn’t even help me after 20 year membership. They are a good bank overall but if you run into fraud they won’t help you. You will basically lose your money and if your having a life crisis it’ll get worst and they don’t care .I don’t normally take the time to do reviews but this really affected me months later and I wish I had help but my own bank made it like I was the scammer and I did nothing wrong. If my life wasn’t still in shambles maybe I wouldn’t be here as this happened in June.

This credit union is the most inconvenient to work with of any financial institution I have ever done business with. Their few ATMs are frequently out of service. You cannot talk with a banker or loan officer in person, everything is done over phone or video calls; and they are generally slow to respond, even within their limited business hours. They gave me a great rate on an auto loan, but I wish I had known how difficult it would be to manage my money with them. I would have chosen another lender even with a slightly higher interest rate. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
