My husband and I visit the Meritus Credit Union on a regular basis. We are always greeted with “welcome to your credit union”and lots of smiles. Besides utilizing our checking account and savings account on a regular basis, we’ve gotten a couple of car loans. The loan officer was very helpful, informative, and friendly. The new addition of the Tap cards has been very convenient - quick and easy transactions. We love banking at Meritus credit union!

I was helped by Mrs. Rita today. I would like to thank her so much for taking the time to help me. I must say that I am always satisfied with every visit or phone call. I cannot see myself Banking with any other bank. The customer service is always great.

Very professional and friendly. Ms. Troyelle made buying my first car very easy. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. She made follow-up calls and worked with the car dealer so that there was barely any work for me to do. I recommend this place for any loans that you might need!

I've banked with the Lafayette and Carencro branches for almost 10 years and they have been amazing!! I highly recommend those locations for all banking needs. Started working in New Iberia so I'm forced to utilize this branch......the last THREE times I've been to the New Iberia location, it has been anything but amazing. It's very sad that now because of geography, I will no longer be a member of Meritus. The caliber of tellers is just unacceptable. New Iberia should send their tellers to train in Lafayette or Carencro.
