Breanna is Epic s Best! I have been to this branch several times , all the tellers are nice but Breanna goes above n beyond to help you . As an older person and retired nurse I appreciate getting good customer service. I actually waited today so I could get served by her. She helps you but also educate s you on how to use some online functions. She literally demonstrated on an actual check what I needed to do. Her face is new to the Canal st branch but she already is a company asset!

I would not ever apply for another loan with this credit Union since it become epic credit union the service sucks I apply for a loan twice and got turned down both times I have a 8.0 something credit score I can get a signature loan from anywhere and it will not be epic I put in for a long last time and they kept doing the same thing they did me this time running me around about the paperwork I am about to close my savings account and move my funds somewhere else the director of the loan department needs to be fired the loan officer at the mid City branch that I spoke with needs to be demoted where is her attitude an epic decision just go back to being gno which was better than epic ever was or ever will be epic is a garbage credit Union do not put your money there you save yourself a lot of trouble especially if you need to get a loan in a hurry you will get a run-around from the loan director once again I have to go get a loan from another credit union cuz epic has unqualified people working for them in the loan department

It is very disappointing to have professional adults act so rude and unprofessional. To be greeted with, "what do you want" instead of hello how can I help you? Is sad and I hope she finds another career because obviously she doesn't like her job!
