I’m a member from Covington UPS and after 9 years of membership, I can say, from my perspective, that they just don’t care about the members or fighting the good fight. It’s probably well past time for Northshore to break off so that we can be represented by a local that cares about their members and will fight. National Teamsters are fine, local 270 is the dregs. I imagine someone in Nola is getting rich, but it is not the members.
