Ive had 3 different debit cards since I opened this acct back in October of last yr. I can never use my PIN number and for some reason when it detects fraud. I am not notified until I go and try to use my card and I can't. I really wish they would get it together.

Tulane/Loyola has been my main banking institution since I opened an acct with them back in 1993. I have never had a bad experience as everyone has always been friendly and welcoming. It’s now 2025 and most banking institutions members can attach their banking info to Apple Pay. I just called them for the 3rd time and was told again that they are still talking about it. Im now trying to choose another financial institution as my main bank.

My experience is always horrible... I'm all about great customer service - I visited this location only twice and the teller (Teller # 11/3) always have an attitude and treat me as if I'm not important to take care of my transaction. I don't understand the bitterness, but she needs to find another job if she has problems doing this one. It's a shame - if I didn't have to take care of business on my 30min lunchbreak, I would drive across town otherwise.

Whether you call, or go into the lobby, all 3 of them always have an attitude. I cannot wait to call the manager Tiffany tomorrow to file a complaint.
