I received services thru the Drive Thru window on Thursday. The clerk, Amanda, was rude and unpleasant. I, a member of that credit union, keep her employed. Amanda act as if I was an inconvenience to her. I remained pleasant and continued to smile. She didn’t greet me or anything. She only told me to have a great day because I asked for her name to report her! Do better Amanda! Without members, your employment would be an inconvenience to the company.

I understand the bank being closed on Veteran's Day. In fact, a sign is posted on the front doors and the drive thru window stating they will be closed on that day. I waited to do my banking on Saturday for this reason. I went online to ensure I had the correct time the bank opened today which was 9a-1p and drove up here. I arrived at 9:25 to find the bank closed. I looked at the"hours of operation"sign and again I'm reading 9a-1p. I also noticed the physical sign for Veteran's Day's closure, but saw nothing about them being closed the following day. I called the bank's number and again, when the bank is closed, the recording said nothing about being closed... While I've sat here for 25 minutes, approximately 40 cars have come and gone, all disappointed. In my opinion, the bank should not advertise being open if they will not be. AND if the bank plans on being closed the day after a holiday, by all means, ADD THAT TO THE SIGN AS WELL!!!!! I'm not the only member who made plans to bank today based on the information we had available. This is a type of business that people depend on and are crippled in many ways when we are unable to get to our money.

I reported fraud on my account about two weeks ago which still hasn’t been resolved. My card was turned off was told I’ll get one printed on site then was told 5-7 business days then was told 7-10 business days. Reached out to the branch three time which no one is helpful. Was recently told they reached out to accounting on fraud and will get back with me . Unbelievable! Was told last week by card services to reach out to bank to have address phone etc update which was fine about a year ago! Card services also told me the I will get papers in the mail to complete and send back in but I have yet to receive those documents! So I’m without a debit card documents and my money that was stolen for me without any assistance from the bank

Teller are very friendly, good customer service. Very clean Loan officers side of this business needs improvement. Extremely hard to speak with them by phone. Always a wait to see one in person. Not all of them are friendly ( Loan Officers).
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
