I typically visit other branches, but I stopped by this location recently to make a simple deposit. Unfortunately, it was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had at a credit union/bank. I was “assisted” by a teller named Maria, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. From the moment I approached the counter, she acted like I was inconveniencing her by simply existing. She was speaking far too loudly for no reason, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and embarrassing To make matters worse, there was a strong odor coming from her, which was incredibly off-putting. I don’t expect to be greeted with an attitude and poor hygiene when I’m just trying to make a basic deposit. As a faithful member, I expect a far higher standard of professionalism than what I experienced. Whoever manages this branch should seriously evaluate who they’re putting at the front lines of customer interaction. I won’t be returning and I’ll be encouraging others to avoid this location as well.

Love all the staff there. Everyone is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Adam runs a great credit union, love it there.

Life- long Customer here. The Staff is friendly and efficient. Wouldn't do business with another credit union. Brotherhood Credit Union is the absolute best!

I had an exceptional experience with the Brotherhood credit Union in Lynn recently. Both Kera and Alicia were professional and courteous throughout the entire process and they made very easy to do business with them. I highly recommend opening an account with Brotherhood Credit Union.
