Not sure what's going on here but the service has gotten slower and honestly just not good. Not unfriendly, but things don't get done they promise will get done. Kind of sad really after being here 10 years I'm thinking of moving on.

I’m a 30+ years member of TES FCU and will become a member of POE as of October 2, 2025. The transfer process has been easy thus far online and I’m looking forward to doing business with POE in the future!

I love the post office employees federal credit union!! Excellent customer service and helpful loan officers. I use the Bossier City location on Old Miden Road! The greeting you get when you walk in and your business is taking seriously and appreciated.

Gina closed my account due to fraudulent charges that she thought I authorized. Never got on phone to clear issue up instead I was forward to her voicemail. After Shazam completed their investigation I was reimbursed the money for the unauthorized charges. Every POC is not a crook.

Antiquated!!! You can't make deposits at the ATM. I lost my debit card on Friday there's no way to freeze card online, no one to call after hours. I had to wait until Monday and hope all weekend I locate my card or it's not found and used. I'm no longer satisfied with this bank!! I've moved my payroll direct deposit to another bank, I've been thinking about this move since their bank online update a couple of months ago which was a nightmare 😕!!
