Omg stay away from this bank. My entire experience was the worst. They charge you (the member) fees to transfers funds between your own accounts (savings/checking). Who does that ? Bill pay 😆😡 omg don’t even bother. Your monies will arrive too late. The following month you will see late fees applied to your bills because these slow outdated local banks are not worth it. Don’t even bother applying for a loan. They will turn you down even if you have a score of 820+. This is not a federal credit union because federal credit unions are supposed to help their members and this bank did not. Instead this bank is your worst nightmare. Just stay away!!!

I recieved a non sufficient fee of 30.00 for funds not being available to cover a $25 transaction at 6am in the morning per the Manager of this bank. The deposit i made cleared the bank that same day before noon. So it's a time thing with this bank don't pay a bill first then deposit the money the same day(within 4 hours) you will be charged. I had a business check written to me. 5 day hold for using mobile bank. But first I had to ask permission to use the mobile bank feature by email. It also does not use Zelle. Thank God I don't put my paycheck here or anyanother major

This Credit Union actually doesn’t deserve any stars, but in order to post it I had to give one star. From the branch manager on down to the workers lack of knowledge, and professionalism but has the audacity to want their customers to remain calm/professional. I’ve had them for years and their service has not gotten any better. They are so far behind time til where their services has no benefits. I bank with other banks and by far this is the only one that is useless. I will now be closing this account because the worse part is I will not be dealing with people that doesn’t have common courtesy, respect for the customer, etc. I will also be reporting their practices to the FTC, and the BBB. Hopefully I can get my complaint to the CEO!

Banked with them for 21 years. My debit card was compromised twice in 2 month. They decided not to issue me another debit card after they said they were sending me another one, didn’t notify me of their decision, and informed me that it was my responsibility to use my debit card and not get compromised. What? Who can guarantee that in this day and age? They are blaming the victim here. And I feel like they let me down. On top of it, they became rude. Think twice about letting them handle your money. Go with a bigger, more professional institute.

I have been with this credit union about 10 years and they are not helpful at all. No one returns phone calls, you can't get assistance with rebuilding credit. I have tried 6 different times to come in and meet with Randy about what my spouse and I can do to build credit. We have been dodged and even told he wasn't there when he was clearly in his office. My mother jas banked here for going on 30 years and also is very displeased. You send emails and they do not respond. You are truly treated like a number and not a member.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
