First off, every location I have visited, the employees have been absolutely wonderful! I have never had a bad encounter with any of them. Super friendly! They are the only ones that deserve 5 stars. ⭐️ However, the bank in general is terrible. We are ALWAYSSSSSSS having issues using our cards! It’s freaking ridiculous!! MULTIPLE PEOPLE that I know have had to get new cards made more than once and STILL have problems with them! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Please, pleaseeeee figure it out and fix it.

I have been banking with Centric since 1981 when I first started working at Glenwood Hospital and it was known as Forest Kraft then, and I will continue to do so. I have never had any bad service at any location I have been to. Every time I walk in someone always meets me with a smile and ask "how can I help you live better today". They are always so helpful with whatever problem I may have. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!!!!

Support takes half an hour to get ahold of now, and then they transfer you to India. If I'm going to deal with foreign support I might as well use Chase. I had to spend five hours to prove to them I had auto insurance and to reverse a fee, despite being told multiple times it was taken care of. Update: It got far worse. Trey, the branched manager, called my insurance company and told my insurance company they had the wrong VIN, so now the insurance company has my insurance on a vehicle that has never existed. Shelly was apologetic, but useless in fixing the problem. I would rate negative stars if it was possible. I'm eight hours into dealing with this problem now. Stay far far away.

Not specific to this branch but I hate dealing with this bank. I tried to mobile deposit on the app and they have you call them before you can even set it up. It's always hurdles and hoops with everything.

Hello, I attempted to make my payment today before the due date using the same method I have always used (through my Regions account). I called several times and asked for help, but I was only told that outside bank accounts are no longer accepted. I was not provided with an alternative solution that allowed me to complete my payment today. Since I made every reasonable effort to pay on time and was prevented due to changes in Centric Federal Union’s policies, I request that no negative reporting be made to the credit bureaus regarding this payment. Any negative impact would not be a result of my actions, but from being unable to access a valid payment method. Please confirm that my account will not be reported negatively as I work to complete payment as soon as possible. Thank you,
