I have been a member for about 24 years with direct deposit. I have also had great luck with getting loans. So much that i brought my wife's loans over the cafcu. I would sadly say she has had a horrible time with her loan payments being made properly even after set up on auto pay. Our cards get blocked a few times because they dont take the proper amount for a payment and last i heard it was a fee to unlock the card. I feel they may have lost the personal touch they used to have and that's really unfortunate

Good for shared branching and direct deposit but if you are looking to build any kind of dream by securing a loan they've "changed thejr policies" so good luck with that. Nit only that they will habe you agree to crazy ratew with promises to refinance in near future but that's neber an option. Not once in the 25 years Ive been a member have I felt like its "All about me". Everyones financial situation is different and if you want to be treared as such and accordingly, thats the bank for you! Very disappointed after I accepted terms for this cirrent loan with prospect that this would improve my credit. Very disppointed.
