This Credit Union has been the best bank experience for me. I started my first account here about 7 years ago and of course, I was initially worried considering all the hubbub out there about banking. But, I have NEVER had a bad experience with them, they are always really friendly and helpful, and if I didn't know something they were right there to answer for me. They have two branches in Augusta and Winslow. Making them a "smaller" banking system but, that just gives them ability to focus a little more on you! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking to switch your account somewhere else OR are looking to start a new one! Thank you connected credit union!

Always an amazing experience at Connected Credit Union. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their members. I always feel supported and well taken care of! Highly recommend this Credit Union.

The overdraft fees are ridiculous ever since they became a bigger bank. They also took off the feature of locking your card on the app so your account can go negative and then they can rack up more fees (29 bucks ea negative transaction). They lock your card after depositing on to Cashapp so many times. Constantly flagging purchases as fraud. Super annoying and inconvenient. The only decent thing about this place is the loan process. Also — if you have a deposit coming through it will not deposit on the weekend because the bank isn’t open? Makes no sense

Have been a member since 2008. They're absolutely wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the people and how they run the place. I would recommend them to anyone! If I have a problem I call them and they help. If they're busy they will get back to me.

Would give negative stars if possible. This is hands down THE WORST financial institution I have had the misfortune of doing business with. Any time you use your debit card for cashapp, eBay, etc, they lock it down under the guise of security. Oh no, it's the weekend? Too bad, wait until Monday to use your money :^) One time, they held back the deposit of my student aid refund for TWO WEEKS because it was "suspicious." I was unable to buy books and had to drop my entire workload for that semester so I wouldn't fail classes. Refused to cash my payroll check until I pushed and pushed. NEVER BANK HERE THEY THINK WE ARE CHILDREN WHO CANT MAKE DECISIONS FOR OURSELVES
