I went to finance my car through KV for the second time, Nicole a loan advisor told me they would give me a thousand off if I got gap insurance through them, so I did. After I had taken the loan out on my car, Michelle the manager, told me Nicole made a mistake and that I actually wasn’t getting the thousand off. I believed they should still give me the thousand off BECAUSE it was their mistake and I was told prior to signing paperwork that I was getting 1000$ off my car. They told me essentially that I had to eat their mistake. Michelle only made the effort to get back 600$ on a previous extended warrantee I had ALREADY PAID for. I was entitled to it personally and it was put towards the loan as if it was the banks money that they promised me. (They still didn’t give me the 1000$ off I was promised) and I let it go after giving them a piece of my mind. Fast forward to 6 months later (now) I over drafted my account because I wrote two checks that took about 2 weeks to clear, and I had 2 debit card transactions that went through at the same time (keep in mind I’m a young mother and I don’t have money to dish out here there and everywhere) they over drafted my account 75$ (Three overdrafts) even though one of the transactions still had enough money to clear in my account without putting it into the negative. I filled out the form to get the overdrafts back (after depositing a whole entire check into my account, not being notified that I just gave away my entire weeks worth of gas and diaper money to overdrafts, when they’ve never had a problem returning them before) my account was still negative so I thought if I put the extra 10$ in it that I would get the 70$ back, NOPE, when I called I was told that the company had “bent over backwards” for me because they had already returned two overdrafts this year and would not be giving the three back. I’ve now closed out all my accounts with them and refinanced with connected credit union and will not be giving my business to this credit union ever again. They have possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any establishment and I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated

Called and asked how long their loan officer would be in, as I wanted to take a loan out, and they told me she was there till 5pm. show up and they said she had left for the day a half hour before. Great communication and business.

They should not advertise that they're open 24 hours if they really aren't. Extremely frustrating!
