If you are considering banking here, you should be aware of how your personal information may be handled. In my experience, extremely sensitive data such as name, date of birth, and Social Security number was shared with third-party vendors in ways that felt unnecessary and careless. When vendors experience data breaches, that information can end up in the hands of identity thieves. Financial institutions should be held to the highest possible standards for information security, and this did not reflect that level of care. I sincerely hope changes have been made to their data practices and personnel since my experience. Based on what I observed, I would caution others to think carefully and ask detailed questions about how their personal information is stored and shared before opening or maintaining an account here.

I really don't like banking with them. There are too many errors that are easily prevented that they just let happen, even if you tell them before hand to prevent it from happening. Any recommendations for a credit union that actually has a solid follow through to doing what they say they'll do? Because I am ready to go.

Absolutely awful. Had a car loan through them and they were not able to work with me at all after I got out of an abusive relationship. Unfortunately the abusers name was still on the car and I asked for them to note to never call him and when they were threatening to repo the car they called him instead of me and told him the new address and new state I lived in. Absolutely awful and rude people.

Great rates terrible systems and terrible early payoff terms knowledge. Paying off early online is not an option and got called an idiot for not just calling in and spending 30 minutes during work hours. Just wish I had gotten some straight answers and didn’t waste 4 hours of time that I was to work late to cover. In the end I learned my lesson: do not work with banks, companies, or credit unions that cannot support an online onboarding process despite how good the rate is.
