I have been a member since 2000. I love Ancorum (Five County). I'd like to give a shout out for today. I recently added zelle, which required I update my email etc. Then my payment failed. While I was on hold for a rep, another rep was calling me because they noticed the unusual activity! Talk about caring for your members' information and money! He was able to get everything sorted and zelle sent! Thank you so much.

Don't bother expecting the manager to call you back. I have left a voicemail and I was told my their call center I would be getting a call back. They deposited our payment into the wrong account (after 8 months of doing it right) causing multiple headaches and multiple calls (including them threatening to cancel the loan extras). Couldnt even take responsibility for it. Told me the check was not created correctly. I asked to see it and and miraculously they can't see it/find it and can't be bothered to return calls. Also, don't bother trying to call the branch directly. They go to some call center who can't do anything.

I have been a member since 2011, I have my check directly deposited since, like clockwork. In the recent years the customer service and general responsiveness is lack luster, at best. They have started to add fees to my accounts such as “ bill pay fees” and such. They do not respond to phone message or email. We are definitely taking our money elsewhere, I think these folks have forgotten what a credit union actually is.

I went to cash some checks there which equals $630 there a machine jammed as it was dispensing the money and I was never able to grab the money because the door did not open up. The teller Byranna was supposed to email the company to let them know to audit the machine. There is no record of that machine being audited. She then took me to the other machine saying she could get my money back and what she did was she pulled out another $630 out of my bank account so I have called the bank relaying messages that they owe me $630 no one will respond to my phone calls I lost this money this company Rob's you I would never do service with this company ever again
