This bank has been my saving grace! They have provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to help me in every way possible! I couldn't thank this bank enough! They were the ones that approved me for my first car loan and my personal loan that got me into my dream vehicle! This is one of the best credit unions in my opinion!

just don't. the people that can actually do anything for you will screw you and they talk down to you. there are many employees at the counter with attitudes. I've been questioned about my online purchases at the counter Infront of people because I had to have a new card printed twice within a few months because of online fraud. being told I should limit my spending online and be more careful. Infront of other customers. They refuse to answer the phone more than half the time but they expect you to pick up the first time they call and if you don't they take action into their own hands without regards to what will happen. If there is an issue with anything they generally blame you first and have a condescending conversation on how they'll fix it, if they'll fix it. An don't dare get behind on any payments because your account gets emptied without notice. I've had an account there since I was a kid and the customer service has gone down greatly. Just because I'm a 30 year old who looks young doesn't mean I should be talked down to by every older person associated with the business.

I called to place a hold on my account, which of course was taken care of simply. I call to remove said hold DAYS ago, and am told this action was completed. Come to find out, when I ABSOLUTELY NEED TO USE MY CARD I CANNOT BECAUSE SOMEONE FAILED TO COMPLETE SAID SIMPLE TASK. Will I be compensated? Of course not. Just told “oh I’m so sorry”. I CANT GET GAS TO GET WHERE I NEED TO BE BECAUSE SOMEONE FAILED TO CLICK A BUTTON. I also have been told to try again multiple times regarding the online banking service, which NEVER works for me. I keep getting an error code when trying to complete account set up no matter what. Also deal with issues at the ATM at least once a month, things like money dispensing being disabled for several days like no one was able to fix it promptly or somehow had no idea. I am starting to grow tired of this bank. I can’t even call the automated system to take the hold off my card? I also work 9-5, therefore since there are no longer Saturday hours, I have been quite screwed when it comes to needing to make a visa payment, talk to someone, etc. I am FURIOUS about the inability to properly LIFT THE HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT THOUGH, AND HOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FACT THAT SOMEONE WORKING THERE COULD NOT DELIVER SOMETHING PROMISED, AND REGARDLESS OF BEING SCREWED OVER BY SOMEONE ELSES NEGLECT AND THE FACT THAT I HAVE NO WAY TO HANDLE IT AFTER HOURS MYSELF, I WILL SEE NO COMPENSATION. How is the hold put on no problem but it’s apparently so difficult to remove it?? I am not happy.

update... I've had a couple of complaints over the years... So now an update... They have fixed their app, I use the app consistently, it's one of the better apps now... Yay When I went through a rough time This Bank helped me out a lot. When are the banks would not !! Thank you.. Give them a try, you may be surprised !!
