The lady Danny COMPLETELY messed up my account. Wasn’t reporting my payments to my credit unions. Couldn’t provide me a month I supposedly owed money in. (Kept backing myself up with receipts). After speaking with another gentleman over there, we were able to figure out some of the confusion she caused. But he tried to tell me that he’s the only one I could file a complaint thru, and didn’t seem like he was going to. They deserve no stars. Lol

Wow, I went today to Bucksport where I bank, 5 tellers behind windows with signs that said next teller, I waited and waited, finally one said, I will be right with you. For the record I'm an old man, never in my life has this happened, they stop what they are doing and serve the customer. Still I waited, they didn't even notice me walk out without why I went in. I came home to call, the prompts gave me no option to reach Bucksport, I got a 800 number, same thing, finally got someone who I couldn't hear. I signed on with this bank two years ago, finally set my social security to it I don't want to change it again but I need customer service from my bank, I demand customer service from my bank and I don't take excuses, I can't afford it. This is my hard earned money, never had any bank ever done me like that, the ATM is often blocked by cars in the drive up teller, that's why I had to go in and get ignored...how utterly offensive to stare at me and ignore me ..I guess you got my money, what do you care, you ain't giving it up.We need to talk

I have been a member of the Brewer credit union for 25+ years I was going through Bucksport and needed change for a $100 dollar bill so i stopped at Seaboard Even though they advertise joint banking They refused to break a $100 bill for me Looked at me like a criminal you would think a credit union of this size could have handled this Went up the road to Camden National bank where i dont have a account and the nice people there broke my $100 bill for me Lesson learned

Worst bank ever. My dad worked at the mill for almost 30 years, so I figured I'd open an account there. Not even a month in, and $11grand in my account they closed my account on me, because I lent someone $ to redo their roof & they wrote "roof job" in the memo of the check they paid me back with. My husband picked the check up & they said I need to open a business account!! Go to Camden national instead, they're so much nicer!!!
