Loan Officers are not transparent with their information regarding loans. Chris Varney is never clear over email and leaves out valuable information. Living many states over, I wanted to keep my childhood bank for their services to me all throughout the years. They’ve gotten worst and worst ever time when I have to deal with them.

I love this bank but can't give them a full 5 stars, their staff are awesome, the service and online banking are great, they do really good loans,I doubt I'll leave them they're almost everything I want... But there are so few ATMs you can use with no charges, and I hate paying ATM charges!

I've been a CCFCU member for 10+ years, I've never had a problem with banking. Now all of a sudden there's an issue with third party checks which was never an issue before..customer service is awful.
