Henry & Amelia⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big shoutout to Community Credit Union for making my business car loan happen smoothly and fast. Special thanks to Andrea, who got the ball rolling and helped with the initial steps, and Ruth, who expedited the closing like a pro. Both were super helpful, responsive, and made the whole process easy.

I am proud to say I am a member of this Community Credit Union. They extended their trust and loaned a large amount of money to me even with an undesirable credit score and no real established credit. I wasn’t not even a member. They listen to the situation and believe in the promise I made to them and allowed me the chance to see it through. And with everything exactly as they said it would be. I am happy to say I am approaching the halfway mark on my note. Thank you, CCU.!

Update: I recently posted a 2 star review with "great people but bad at business" and I wanted to give an update: Shortly after posting my review a rep from a different portion of the bank reached out and helped me solve our loan issues once and for all. She was so understanding and kind that my optimism about this bank was tentatively renewed. I had to wait a few weeks just to make sure our loan situation was truly resolved and thankfully it has been once and for all. I still find their business practices somewhat questionable, especially as other reviews are posted with similar security risk issues but I can honestly say that I trust that any issues we have will absolutely be resolved. Every single interaction I've had with the staff has been nothing short of 5 stars. Every person there has been beyond kind and friendly, I truly feel like they appreciate me and my business...even when I've been spitting mad and frustrated they've been understanding and compassionate. I have no doubts that the negative reviews are being taken to heart and helping CCU clean up some of their lax security issues and it won't be long before they're well established for both great business and people. Because of this we've been using our checking account more, looking into officially starting to build up our savings accounts through them, probably consolidating our other accounts into this one bank, and even looking into using them to refinance our house this Fall. I trust that if I do have any issues with any of my accounts, the people here will absolutely fix it. I've never experienced such compassionate service with any of the banks I've used in the past and now that the standard has been set, I cant imagine walking away from them.

CCU IS AWFUL! I have had multiple issues with this credit union. I have been asked to REMOVE my mask, have had issues with a few tellers being rude, aaaannnddd, at one point I went in to close my credit card, and they didn't close out my info on the computer, and the next guy who came in to open an account was assigned MY account numbers! I had 6 overdraft charges in one day! Luckily, the man was an honest person, and HE contacted the credit union asking why his charges don't seem to appear to be withdrawn from his account. I STRONGLY advise anyone looking for a credit union to pass by this sub-par establishment!

Great people but poor business practices. My boyfriend and I got car loans through them together on the same day and set up to have them automatically withdrawn. The people there are absolutely fantastic and worked so hard to help us get these loans, that I was incredibly optimistic about my future with this bank and even considered closing my accounts with my long-term bank and moving here permanently. But, from the first payments they've been messed up. They withdrew his payment from my account without my authorization and didn't withdrawn any from his account. We thought we had it figured out but now his payment has been withdrawn from his account AND my account (without my authorization again!) so my payment is past due and he's paid for almost 2 months. I'm sure we can all agree that a bank that has such little security that it can complete unauthorized withdrawals/payments like this is probably somewhere that's to risky to trust with your money and business, which is sad because they really are GREAT people, just bad at business.
