Claude in collections has all the personality of a prosecuting lawyer. Quite rude. Twice been locked out of my account over late payments. Asked to make a payment the following week and was told see you next week. Like to know how they expect me to make the payment since account access is denied. Would be nice if I was informed my payment was late. Been with dirigo 15 or so years but it sure went down hill fast after they got their shiny new building. Once the credit is paid off I am bailing on this bank

If you want control and access to your hard earned money do not go to this bank! Their fraud "protection" has locked my card so many times I cant even keep track. The fraud protection doesnt call me, and then my card gets locked without my knowledge. Ive had this happen to me a few times on a friday and never knew until I went to use my card on Saturday which means I had to go the entire weekend with absolutely zero access to MY money. Ive requested the "protection" be taken off my card, but was told this wasn't an option. I am fed up with this bank not allowing me to control MY money. I will be closing my account. This is unacceptable! I recommend choosing another financial institution that actually cares about their members. Dirigo 100% does not!

I love that there are two ATMs outside one that I can drive to one that I can walk to, and plenty of parking The location does tend to be a little difficult to get in and out of on occasion but all in all quite nice

Dirigo FCU handled my car loan very well. Consistent customer service was a little lacking. One would tell me something and next time I called I got a different response.

This bank is useless. I had this bank as a second account, just so I could use it as a savings account that I won't touch often, I was charged fees on top of fees and they were completely incompetent when it came to opening new accounts.
