Will charge you more than double for simple services such as money orders or cashier's checks than Walmart would charge any customer. Will charge you as many penalties as possible by structuring deposits and withdrawals in the lest advantageous way. In simple, their hope is you, as a member for years, will continue paying exorbitant fees, rather than taking advantage of the many businesses that offer free or lower cost alternatives to their random customers. There is no reason to bank here. Credit unions offer no benefits. They are predatory in thier pursuit of fees and costs from its members. Customer service is atrocious. The manager himself was ill informed and found his own bank indefensible. Bank anywhere else!

Anna was amazing. I came with a bucket load of requests. She flew right through them and was able to make it an easy and seamless experience. Thank you Anna!

Member services has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I myself have been in the banking industry for over 20 years and know the importance of customer service. I called first thing in the morning for some assistance left a message on the mailbox of member services as well as message on my app. I tried multiple times throughout the day to call back member services again each time receiving the mailbox. I did not receive a call back until after 5:30 PM. This is not the first time this has happened to me when I’m trying to reach somebody at your credit union. If it wasn’t for my husband being a member his whole entire life, I certainly would not bank with you. The only reason my accounts remain is because of him, and I hardly use it as I usually utilize a community bank who will always answer the phone when I call. I understand staffing is hard sometimes, again I worked in retail banking for 20 years as a branch manager, but customer service is very important and responding in a timely manner Is the epitome of what sets you apart from every other bank on the corner. It’s unfortunate, as your rates are really good and we do a lot of business with your institution with loans. I’ve never had an issue when applying for a loan and getting an immediate response a with loans or mortgages with your institution, but for some reason, your member service really needs to be looked at and corrected. I’m not usually one to complain, but again I know the importance of customer service as it’s something I always pride myself on when I worked front line and yours could use some improvement

Although I don't visit often (do business mostly online) my visits to the Sabattus branch are always very positive. All staff are knowledgeable, courteous and go beyond to get things done as I need. I've been a member for so many years (days of Roger Bissonnette!) and continue to be happy.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
