I have been with this credit union since the 80's and wouldn't dream of doing business anywhere else. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have had multiple loans thru them of different kinds, and they currently hold my mortgage. The loan process was always easy and quick. I have all my checking and savings accounts with them. I highly recommend Lisbon Community Federal Credit Union!

I have for several years been very satisfied with employee Veronica Williams. She has handled my CD,s with expediency and accuracy when renewal was occurring. She is very pleasant and helpful. The tellers are all very pleasant as well.

There is a manager there whose name begins with a B and let’s just say, it’s very fitting. She is extremely rude whenever I get her on the phone. Say it with a smile, especially when your entire job is customer service.

They are helpful and pleasant. Never disappoints. They were helpful when I was going for my trailer, while others did not do loans for money for a trailer. I tried to go through my old cu. I was with them for years. They said they did not help to get trailers. Lisbon also helped me to get a new furnace when mine broke down in February. Those two weeks were really cold. Used heaters. Big electric bill. I'm almost done paying that loan off. They have your back. The people that work there are great. They are so nice. They will try to help you the best they can.

Every time I’ve needed help with something, the crew at Lisbon Community Federal Credit Union has been outstanding to work with. They are friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgable; I just can’t say enough good things about this true community supporting credit union.
