Currently have, haven't even hit the 1 year mark and we are already looking for a new bank. Have not really had any experience with Newport location but Pittsfield is always MISERABLE. We will call and discuss something with someone, go on down with the expectation that will happen and pretty much told up shits creek without a paddle. They are not trained in customer service and clearly not knowledgeable about the institute and rules. Again, been around 8 or 9 months and we are DONE

Newport was always fine, stopped into Pittsfield and Michelle treated me absolutely terribly. Rolled her eyes, talked condescending to me and my child, it was the worst customer service I've ever received at any bank. Been with this credit union for years, I'm always gonna go to Newport from no on. I wouldn't even make the deposit after being treated like that. Tried calling no one would answer the phone.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Will not bank here again. Always was fine in Newport but Michelle Simmons and her team were terrible in Pittsfield Maine. Laughing at me when I had a problem and rolling her eyes when she was trying to “solve it”. The tellers were talking about us through their communication and making eyes at my mother and I, also laughing when I had a very serious issue.
