Everybody is so nice and welcoming! Rabecca made me feel heard and took the time to walk me through the use of the ITMs, which are great, by the way. I love that I don’t have to stand in line— they are such an efficient addition. Highly recommend CPort!

I am very happy with the services provided by cport. The best credit union. Rebecca is the best. She is kind and helpful. I also love the ITMS in branch. They really help with long lines.

People here are very nice, but when there is a line of 8 people and 2 of the employees are testing a machine instead of helping customers that is an issue. Also, when someone cuts the line to approach those employees and is helped immediately is extremely frustrating for everyone waiting in line. Then I put my name it to wait to talk to someone about a car loan and I am skipped over in the waiting room by someone who came in after me. I have no doubt everyone is nice, but customer service is not found here. I have been here multiple times, and there have been similar issues every time I have been here. Save yourself and go to Scarborough. Much faster service.

I want thank all today's team for your hard working and being patient to all the different mentally of clients every single days. My best wishes to all, Manuel Tchitoco one of your cport client in Portland/Maine.

Bank manager says one thing, teller says another 5 days later. Consumer gets shafted. Unbelievable business practices. Taking my business elsewhere over the lack of general understanding of the employees on the simplest matters. Don’t trust them with your money.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
