I have had an account with this bank for over 8 years and had an auto loan with them as well. I’m trying to buy a new car and never got a call back I even called back and still couldn’t talk to a loan officer. I don’t understand how you drop the ball like this but I’m very disappointed as I was going to use them on my next auto loan but I now will go in a different direction

Thanks to Evergreen's wonderful tellers, I feel 100% secure that my money is being well managed and protected. She very kindly asked if my cash withdrawal was for my own purposes to protect me from possible scammers. I truly appreciate Evergreen's diligence to communicate with their members and to offer informative pamphlets at each teller window.

Great customer service always friendly when I go in. Would highly recommend this credit union. Been doing business with them for years couldn't be happier.

Ridiculously antiquated system of having to mail a letter to close an account has resulted in me having several overdraft fees accessed, despite the fact that I’ve changed all of my online charges to my new bank. Be aware that getting away from Evergreen, should you move, is going to be a costly experience.
