Very happy with this branch I had my card hacked recently and they helped me with no issues. They made sure to credit the money back to me within a week and I wasnt charged any overdraft fees for the problem. Amazing customer service and I cant thank them enough!

I have been going to this branch on and off for the last 20 years since I retired from the service. They are a share branch of my bank. The staff is always polite and cheerful. I only go here when I have a check to deposited or need cash. It has never been that busy when I have gone.

Town & Country is by far the best credit union I have ever belonged to. Customer service is very easy to work with and the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. They do their best to resolve any problems that come up and have never been dismissive. I will stay with this credit union forever.

Update: Great customer service. Love the huge return on my checking account and the idea of keeping my money locally. I like how there is no maintenance fee like TD. I don't like the hours. I don't like the max withdraw limit of $500 my depot card. It has been a major issues quite a few times on the weekends when I need to buy something over $500 and I get locked out and can't get a hold of anyone. Initially their on line banking was a draw back its much better. Its not great, I would like to add nick names to my accounts and have all my accounts under one profile with one user name and password but it is a major improvement over the old system.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
