I wish I could give negative ratings, I strongly recommend not doing business with this place at all.

Small town bank that refuses to do or be anything else. Check from a different bank, denied. Out of state, denied. Wire transfers takes 3 days but the moment I walk in to the bank to see what is going it "it just came through ". Will be closing my 1 week old account, to many headaches.

Folks here are generally nice, however, customer service is iffy at best; meaning if you get the right person who had a good breakfast that day and is feeling well you might get some help. Other than that, KSW seems to be about 10-15 years behind larger institutions when it comes to tech capabilities. They are antiquated to say the least. I have moved out of state, still need to maintain an account there, and now have to deal with them remotely which complicates things even farther. They seem to be an ok fit for the older generations, not so much for tech savvy youngsters.

I wish I could give these guys less then a 1 star rating. They refused to help me at all when I was fraudulently charged. The customer service manager told me she did not care about me service with them over the last 20 years. Then proceeded to hang the phone up on me in mid conversation. I will be reporting these guys to the BBB and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BANK AT THIS INSTITUTION!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.... Limits my account to $100 withdrawls with no explanation. There is ZERO tech support on weekends, we cant even log into their website and the atm will not display our balance. Not reassuring when your bank holds thousands of dollars of your money hostage with no explanation. This is not the first time its happened and when you ask anyone in the bank they have no clue. Will most likely be closing account there soon . Id advise you all to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK
