NDFCU is a fabulous organization that contributes to many charities in the area. We've been lucky to work with them from their early days. This is not a bank, but a Credit Union; a non-profit that wants nothing more than to help their membership.

Beyond unprofessional and borderline rude. They refuse to do everything asked of them, all of which Connected Credit Union did with no problem. This credit union makes their own rules and doesn't abide by the same rules as all other credit unions in the State. Now, they are denying my elderly mother access to her monthly bank statements. They are making it impossible for her to receive her monthly statements in the mail.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BANK ! My wife passed away two months ago and after I shut my step daughters cell phone off that I could no longer afford she went into the bank and was able to get them to shut down my online banking and then they put our home improvement loan into collections ! I am a Service Connected Disabled US Army Veteran and now have no money and a bank looking to take my house ! Completely unfair as I have done Nothing wrong and my wife and I are the only ones authorized on the account so I am Not sure if this is even Legal ? Definitely didn’t need this on top of losing my wife ! Do Not Bank Here !

Why is it that everything online tells me my daily limit is 1500, yet I have had to call not once but TWICE to change it from a ONE DOLLAR daily limit that I NEVER SET, There is NO way of doing anything outside of business hours and their phone system is a joke of a maze.

Looking for excellent customer service? TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER this credit union. I recently had a CD mature and attempted to contact them, both at the Skowhegan branch and at the 800 number. I called the Skowhegan branch, not once -but TWICE. Could not get them to answer (‘sorry, all our tellers are busy, but leave a message and someone will return your call. Your call is very important to us’ - oh, wait…. NOT!) I emailed the president, no response. Fifth attempt and fourth route, I finally got someone to attend to my needs. Yay! BUT, then I finally get my check in the mail only to discover IT HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED. (I had explained that I am housebound because of a recent injury and unable to drive to make this transaction in person.) So now, I have to FIND and inconvenience someone to try to help me deal with this, and somehow get me out of my house and transported to the branch to obtain a signature. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, I’m sure you’d get better service with someone that would truly value your importance and appreciate your membership.
