Received a check with no name. I called APGFCU and Monserrate was incredibly helpful and understanding. She is taking the time to help me locate the tenant so they may have their check applied to their rent. We have a lot of tenants that use this establishment and have never heard any complaints

Rachel took care of our application and she is BY FAR the best service representative that I have ever encountered. She was so polite, nice and explained everything in great detail, I appreciated the time she took to make sure I was aware of the process and gave me information to track for the future. She deserves a promotion!

Ever since I made my payment at THIS branch for the 1st time on Jan 8th my account has been messed up so bad. I have NEVER missed a payment and I was just charged at the APG on post over 100 dollars and was told "It is late fees built up over time" ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? My payment history is 100 % been to the tellers every month and NOT ONE has told me I owed extra. I will be paying this off next week and will never do business with these people again.

I just spoke with someone whose tone came across as rude and unapproachable. It felt like she didn’t want to be disturbed or assist me. As a customer, that experience was disappointing and frustrating. Professionalism includes being helpful, respectful, and friendly, and unfortunately, that was not reflected in this interaction. The conversation negatively affected my mood, and I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service experiences.

It feels to me that they are actively trying to scam their customers. I have a car loan that their app will not let me auto pay, and when I asked how, I was told a method that *only* auto pays the interest. They are trying to trick you into paying the minimums in hopes of sucking as much money out of you as possible. Do *not* use this credit union
