I have to say reading all these negative comments I’m wondering if I’m going to the same place they are, I have been banking with CCUMD for many years on Lasalle rd with no issues . The tellers always seemed polite and caring. I did receive a truck loan years ago and had to work with a women named Sky and have nothing but good things to say about that experience. After that I have had 3 other truck loans by just filling out the online forms for credit approval with no issues. Never had to try and deal with the vacation loan so I cannot comment on that one. I do believe I have seen the women they are talking about that had nothing to say to anyone but never had to deal with her. Besides that I will continue banking with CCUMD for many.

I was reading the reviews because I was considering joining this credit union. However, the reviews are horrific! I'm literally scared to join! It seems like this credit union doesn't care about their members. It's really sad to treat people unprofessional/uncaring! I will definitely look at other credit unions

Been with this bank for over ten years. I have always had good things to say about it. Especially a particular worker name sky who has always been amazing and helpful. Today was my first day meeting the CEO of the bank I guess. I’ve never experienced this at central credit union. This lady literally told me because of one week of my previous job not putting a check in my direct deposit I wasn’t qualified for the vacation loan which I get almost every year. This woman was so smug and careless. Then told me I had to qualify for a personal loan. Over the years I noticed the constant turnovers with bank tellers there. Now I’m realizing why. It’s definitely her. Karma always comes around for people like that. Closed my account today that I had for over ten years just because of her.

Been with the credit union for probably almost 20 years. I've ran into financial difficulties a time or two and thought they would help out being as though I'm a long time customer. I've asked for a loan and asked for help to refinance my vehicle to no avail. I have always had direct deposit on my account and don't understand why they're so hell bent on not helping me when I need it. They'll tell me my credit score is not good or I owe such and such. Yeah I know this which is why I needed a little help. But of course i get a snotty lady on the phone who tells me I can just close my account if I'm not happy. Well done then winch! Thanks for absolutely nothing! I use to be proud to say I bank with them...not anymore. I wish I could give yall 0 stars.
