I’ve been banking with Destinations Credit Union for years, and it truly used to be a great place to bank — especially when Barbara and Phyllis were there. Unfortunately, since their retirement, that supportive environment is gone. Taking out my loan was quick and easy, and at that time lending staff were very proactive in contacting me. But now that I have the loan, it feels like I’m on my own. Every time I call asking for someone in lending, Angie (who always answers the phone) says she’ll leave a message — yet I never hear back from anyone. It’s extremely frustrating to feel ignored when all I want is help with managing my loan. It shouldn’t take filing bankruptcy for lending to finally reach out. Members deserve consistent communication and follow-up, especially when dealing with something as serious as a loan.

I have been a member for years and I’m unfortunately going to be closing my account. There were 9 fees on my accounts that did not belong there and they refused to reimburse me. Judy at the credit union has always been wonderful and I could not praise her enough, but all that changed today. The branch manager never addresses issues and emails go unanswered. I filed one complaint already and will be filing another with the BBB.

We applied for an auto loan to purchase a new vehicle for my husband after his previous vehicle was totaled. Right away, Allison was in contact with me. I told her that we're in a rush to secure the loan to make the purchase. Immediately, she started our application. She replied to every email that I sent & made calls to me daily, keeping me informed . She was very helpful, We were able to get the lowest interest rate possible, which makes us very happy . The sales manager at the dealership told us that many customers are coming into purchase vehicles with their own financing & that we received a great deal from Destinations.I highly recommend using the Credit Union for financing!! My husband is very happy with his new vehicle..Thanks to Destinations Credit Union & the staff especially Allison Moore 🥀🥀🥀
