Visited today. They recently bought the previous bank, which explains the older negative reviews. They opened in September 2025 and are still setting up the standalone ATM, so for now there’s only a drive‑thru teller, not a drive‑thru ATM. The tellers are very friendly and fast. No more driving to Aberdeen—thank goodness!

Nobody ever answers the phone. If they do answer it's after calling 20 times. How do you have member services but don't answer the phone.

Every time I try to go, the inside is closed/locked (during posted business hours), and the drive thru is down or closed. The outside ATM is the only thing open. I don't have my debit card. I requested a new one twice, and they never mailed it. Any time you get them on the phone, they say you need to stop into the branch. In hindsight, I would have chosen a more accessible credit union.

Been with Members First for 15+ yrs. Always in and out, great interests rates and love the positive energy from customer service. Here and there u might get a customer that runs into them small Yellow poles that separates the lanes in the drive through from not "paying " attention. 😂🤣 But that's not the banks fault (nor the customer thats behind them" 👋 And Most important of all, No matter how bad my day is going, Hannah ALWAYS has me walking out ,with a Joker SMILE!!! Highly recommend this credit union!!

Employees can be rude. No monthly bank statements mailed to you. To get a copy of statements cost a fortune and the make the payments print so small you can’t read. They don’t look out for suspicious activities on your account. And will only go back one statement. My dad was ripped off for $3,000 last year and now again for 10,000
