Angela Gregory was amazing to work with. We came to her and Har-co Credit Union when our other lender fell through a week before closing. Angie immediately jumped in to help and got us through the entire process so quickly and smoothly. We were able to make it in time for our initial closing date one week after initially starting the process with Angie and Har-co. She was incredibly communicative and supportive and truly went above and beyond for us.

We worked with Angela Gregory and we are so thankful for her patience and expertise during this process. As first time homebuyers, this was very stressful for us, but we couldn't have worked with a better lender than Angie and Har-co Credit Union. Angie, thanks so much for everything!

Terry was amazing to work with for my mortgage. She’s super knowledgeable and responsive and truly cared about us finding the right house. I’d highly recommend, she made a difficult process (home buying) super easy! We love Terry!

I have been banking at Harco for years and I feel it is time to move on. I want to start investing and I don’t have access to my money online. The external money transfers to link accounts is not working because a week goes by and I can’t even transfer 10 dollars. I am trying to set up investment accounts and I can’t move forward because I can not freely end expeditiously move money from my accounts. The savings accounts does not accumulate much interest since the rate is very low. My money in this bank is just not working for me. I see no reason to hold it here anymore. I am leaving. For basic checking and savings accounts or auto loans, it is just fine. For checks and purchasing stuff online, it is just fine. But that is basic and traditional banking. The people there are also very nice, no complaints about them.

The external money transfers to link accounts don't work and it's impossible to get anyone on the line to help you. Not to mention the business credit cards, just like TD Bank and Capital One, report to your personal credit profile. Without warning they hit me with a late payment, which I disputed and had it removed from my credit report. There are better products with other institutions that I have business accounts with like NFCU, APG and Freedom CU that have more resources and are much eager to work with you than Har Co. I have decided to pay off the little I owe them and close my accounts. I refuse to them ruin my great credit because they're asleep at the wheel with their products.
