PCGFCU took over the Greenbelt Federal Credit Union, and every interaction I've had with them since then has been frustrating and time-wasting, to say the least. They didn't even bother fixing the google listing for GFCU, so I can't even leave a review there. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone through their phone system, no one seems informed beyond their immediate role (or no information is shared across the system), and they are unreliable. For example, someone at the headquarters had documents sent to my branch for me to pick up. I had to argue with the branch staff who insisted nothing was there for me until they finally looked and found it sitting on someone's desk. Another time, they didn't cash my mortgage check for a week and when my husband went into find out why, he saw them look around and find it just sitting in on the counter. I have come to dread any need to interact with this bank.
