I had a loan with CCSEFCU years ago and they were great. I needed another car loan and was hoping to go with this credit union. I applied for a loan in Sept and they called to inform me I was pre-approved a few days later and would receive an email which I never received. I told them when they called that I would be purchasing a vehicle from an out of state dealer and was informed that it would not be a problem. A few weeks later I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase and called the credit union on Friday the 25th. I left several messages and did not receive a call back. I called on Monday morning and spoke with Maranda. Over the course of 3 days and multiple phone calls I felt like I was not getting anywhere with the loan despite me and the dealership attempting to contact CCSEFCU and providing more and more information to them. On Thursday at 1pm I spoke with Deb and asked if they had received a fax with more information that they had requested. Deb informed me that the fax had been received and Maranda was "assisting an existing customer and she will deal with you once she has lunch". I was shocked at Deb's level of undisguised rudeness but thought maybe I was interpreting her tone the wrong way. By 4:10 pm I decided to go with another bank as this credit union closes at 4:30 and I realized the chances of me receiving a call back prior to closing were slim. I called to let them know that I no longer needed the loan. The bank I ended up using had the loan taken care of in less than 2 hours without pre-approval and I was driving my new vehicle the next day!

I love CCSEFCU and I tell everybody that! They come through for me every time I need them for an auto loan or personal loan. Their credit card and loan rates can't be beat! The customer service is great from the tellers to the loan manager. I'm truly grateful to be a member of this credit union!

This is my bank. LOVE it - rate it 5-stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Cordial tellers and president who went out of their way when my account was hacked. They set up everything for me, and I just signed. New checks and log-in style. The Fraud department is on top of things and sends red flags expeditiously. 🙂
