This is review is not exclusive to this location, but about the bank in general. This bank is the worst. They make it so hard to make payments. If you call them the wait is always long, and there have been several times that I've called and the customer service agent hangs up as soon as it connects me to them, after waiting for sometimes over an hour! Its ridiculous. They lack resources, and good customer service. Closing my account with them ASAP. Do better.

we have a car loan under them I call about my car and the lady told me I had to call direct to the credit union she couldn't transfer me to them,so I call and of course they don't answer their phone, and I couldn't find the account number this is so bull crap. this is the worst I ever had to deal with!! the credit union in Easton is better at least they are more friendly and helpful.going to Easton this week to deal with this problem I give 5 Stars to Easton.

I have been a loyal member of this credit union for over 20 years. Two years ago, I refinanced my leased vehicle through them—a decision I now deeply regret. At first, the interest rate seemed competitive. However, I quickly discovered that the contract was overly restrictive and difficult to navigate, with very few consumer protections. The service contract I was required to purchase provided minimal value, covering only minor issues that could be found on YouTube, and excluded coverage for major repairs or meaningful assistance. Worse, the institution has made unauthorized withdrawals not even from my account but my fathers — taking funds meant for essential living expenses like rent. My father is a 68 years old man and on a fixed income. No one should have to fight their own financial institution just to maintain stability and dignity. The credit union has shown no willingness to assist during times of financial hardship. Their practices feel predatory and designed to trap members in inflexible contracts with little recourse. I have seen similar complaints from other consumers, and it appears that this is a pattern of behavior, not an isolated incident. This is unacceptable. We, as members and consumers, deserve better. I am filing this complaint not only for myself but for the many others who may not yet have a voice in this fight. I strongly urge the NCUA to investigate this institution’s conduct and take appropriate action. I will be reaching out to ensure this. *Stay away from Auto Loans with ESFCU! It’s a trap and it’s not worth it! Get that rate somewhere else

I had an excellent experience here with Katina Anderson. I came in sad and she turned my sadness into gladness. What outstanding customer service she gave!! Being a senior, she even made it more efficient for me to make automatic car payments via transfer.. Without her instructions I could not have done this on my own. I am so grateful that she suggested to assist me after standing in line to pay my note. So much appreciated. I feel so relieved now!! Oh what a wonderful feeling!!! She definitely deserve a raise. She really went out of her way to satisfy me as a happy customer. I use to be a Customer Service Supervisor and a GOLD Standard Trainer for the State of Maryland under Governor Hogan. She definitely checked ALL the boxes and some. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ms. Jacobs
