Very dissatisfied with Point Breeze. I tried to buy a vehicle out of state and had nothing but a hard time. The person I dealt with was extremely hard to understand and she had no clue what she was doing. Each and every time I asked something it took a day to get back because she had to “check with her supervisor.” You would think with 825 credit score things would run somewhat smooth! Nope! She kept struggling with the fact that it was an out of state transaction even after providing all the vehicles information, carfax, etc. Then what put the kabash on the entire deal was that she required the sellers to travel from out of state to come to their Hunt Valley facility to do “the deal”. What should have been a straight forward purchase on a used vehicle turned into a circus! My only regret is that they hit my credit with a Hard Inquiry!

Jean Mwangi whom is a loan specialist goes ABOVE & BEYOND for her clients! Getting a loan is very stressful especially when it’s unexpected, but with Jean’s help. This whole process was easy, and quick! If I had any questions or concerns she was one phone call away, and she listened with open ears. Her fundamental role combined with her ambitious spirit helped my family more than you know! THANK YOU JEAN🤍🤍!!!!!!!PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE💰!!!!!!!!

I was there for 2:30 with Joel that didn’t know what he was doing, a new guy they stuck Me with, I’ve been dealing with then for at least 15 years and this is how I was rewarded, shame on you all, he doesn’t have a clue how things are done. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Horrible service. Slow as can be all around. I am so very dissatisfied with P.B.C.U. and have been with them for years. I am strongly considering a move now. I just can't deal with their incompetence any longer. And the vendors they are using for credit cards and money transfers are lacking big time. Plus, it takes multiple requests to have a supervisor return your call. What happened to customer service?
